Buyers take note! The reasons to buy a home today are mounting. First there is plenty of inventory right now. Which may give you cause to wait and think about it….. but, the experience I’m having is that the Best Homes, Best Priced, and in Best Locations are getting snapped up. There is reason to think, at least in my mind that this current inventory will not last forever. Seller’s do want to sell, and they are presently finding a way. So get out there, get informed and get your new home, that’s my advise. Second point, Sellers are offering incentives in all forms. Extras, in the way of upgrades, financing assistance, low interest rates and all. Not to mention the willingness to negotiate on price.
